View website

Through April 28, 2010: The central void of the Guggenheim's famous rotunda has been an important part of the museum's exhibitions throughout the years. "Contemplating the Void" celebrates the building’s 50th anniversary, with nearly two hundred artists, architects, and designers to imagining their dream interventions in the space. The exhibition features renderings of each project in a salon-style installation that emphasizes the diverse range of the proposals received.
